I reached out to Austin about my dad’s house because he needed to get more help via a assisted living apartment. Dad’s house needed a lot of work and we didn’t have the time or capital to invest in getting it ready for sale. Austin closed on the house in little over a month. This fast close allowed us to get Dad into a great place and his immediate affairs buttoned up quickly. Dad also had a rental property where the tenants hadn’t been paying rent and it wasn’t in very good shape. On top of that they had built an addition over what the title company believed was the property line. We were stuck because we had to either buy land from the next door neighbor or tear down the addition, neither were great options. Austin tapped into his vast network of advisors and even hired a Spanish translator to help negotiate a super deal. It took time but everyone walked away a winner. I will always recommend Austin to anyone thinking of selling and the house needs work or they find themselves in a difficult situation and need a fair price so they can get out of it.
